John M. Christensen was a farmer who lived much of his life in Montana. He was a good husband and father. At the time of the dustbowl, he was forced to work in different states, and eventually moved his family to Southern California. His wife was Dorothy Buchanan Christensen. His children are Dorothy, William, James, Martha and Elaine. John passed away in 1946 due to cancer. His children have fond memories of him.
