GLASFORD - Charity Moore, infant daughter of Bryan and Amber Patton Moore of Glasford, passed away at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday, March 18, 2008, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, where she was born earlier.
She is survived by her parents and one brother, Nathan, at home.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Springdale Cemetery, with Pastor Jeff Lashley officiating.
