Doris Ann Rochelle Ciemny, 70, of Hubert, died Sunday, February 24, 2008 at Onslow Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday at Jones Funeral Home, Jacksonville Chapel. Burial will follow at Seaside Memorial Park in Swansboro.
Mrs. Ciemny was a longtime Nanny for many children. She was a daughter of the late Walter Truman Rochelle and Sudie Millinder Rochelle. Also preceding her in death are her sister, Letha Banks; brother, William Turlington Rochelle; sister, Reba Courtright; sister, Beth Sarkozy; and sister, Alice Odum.
Survivors include her husband, Conrad Ciemny of the home; three sons, Bobby, Frank and Jerry; three brothers, Johnnie Rochelle of Bear Creek, Geroge Norwood Rochelle of Baltimore, MD and Harold Thomas Rochelle of Hayesville, NC; and one sister, Frances Stauffer of Bear Creek.
