Donna L. Cyktor, 92 years, of Uniontown, PA passed away peacefully Saturday, July 1, 2023. She was born September 6, 1930 in Mt. Pleasant, PA.
Preceding her in death were her parents, William Leonard and Gretta (Smitley) Leonard and four siblings. Donna was the last member of her immediate family.
Donna was a faithful, always present, member of the Uniontown Christ Methodist Church and the Adrian Bible Class. She was a very loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved and cherished both her immediate family and her church family. She was known for making the best pink stuff and if it was not served at family gatherings the grandchildren would get very upset.
Donna is survived by her husband of 69 years, George Cyktor, son, Keith Cyktor (Carole) of Birdsboro, PA, daughter, Karen Adams (Rod) of Fredericksburg, VA, four grandchildren: Kristy Chmelewski (Cliff), Joshua Cyktor, Daniel Adams and Keaton Adams and great-grandson, Ronin Chmelewski.
Funeral services are private under the direction of the Shell Funeral Home, Inc., 164 S. Mt. Vernon Ave., Uniontown, PA. Interment will be in West Newton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in memory of Donna be made to the Christ Methodist Church, 6 West Fayette Street, Uniontown, PA 15401.
