William R. (Bob) Stone was born on July 28, 1921 to Edward and Daisy Stone in Smith Center, Kansas.
Bob graduated from Harvard in 1943 with a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering.He worked for General Electric, Hunt Electronics, IBM, AB Dick, and E.F. Johnson.
Bob married Vivian Adele Dowie in 1947, and had three daughters; Pamela Harris, Linda Janise Stone (deceased in 1979), and Wendy Peterson.
He is also survived by his sister, Barbara Holtz, along with six loving grandchildren.
A service will be held on Thursday, May 10, at 11 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Eureka Springs.
