Mrs. Brennan worked at CVS (Hook Drugs, Revco) for over 37 years, retiring in 2010. Over the years she enjoyed camping at Sugar Mill Lake, lunching with the Class of 57 and the CHS Women's Lunch Bunch, and attending Dawson Cousin gatherings. She was an avid sports fan, especially of college basketball and the NFL. Most of all she loved her family and friends and valued any time spent with them.
Born November 28, 1939, in Crawfordsville, she was the daughter of George and Mary Fry Dawson. She married Kenneth Carlile on October 5, 1958. She married Jerry Brennan on September 15, 1983.
Surviving family includes: sister, sons, daughters, grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, David, husbands (Ken, 1981, Jerry, 2020), son- in-law, Doug Dennis and multiple beloved aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be from Noon to 2 PM Thursday, July 6th at Burkhart Funeral Home, 201 W. Wabash. Services will begin at 2 PM, led by Pastor Mike Parks. After the service, she will be laid to rest at Oak Hill Cemetery North.
