Wilson, Rose Rose B. Wilson, age 97, went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, January 27, 2021. Rose was born in Bowne Center, MI to Alvin and Ada (Boulard) Bergy. She graduated from Davenport Business College and went on to work as a secretary at Kelloggsville High School. During WWII, Rose worked as a civil service employee at the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School in Del Monte, CA. Following her return to Michigan, she met and married Harry Lunsford in 1947 and became a stay-at-home mom to two precious children. Rose returned to work at Grand Rapids Junior College and then on to the U.S. District Court. In 1971, Harry passed away and Rose continued to work at the U.S. District Court until she married her high school classmate, Glen Wilson in 1978. Rose and Glen wintered in FL where they enjoyed golf and participating in the church choir. During the summer months, they lived in Wyoming, MI and together, were very active in their church, and volunteered with various organizations including Friend of the Court and the Wyoming Police Department. Rose had a deep founded faith in prayer and prayed continuously for her family.
