Billie Jean, an avid gardener, is survived by two sons William Allen, Jr. Gould, Arkansas, Walter Allen, Watson, Arkansas; one brother Kenneth Robertson, Watson, Arkansas, two Sisters Charlene King, Beebe, Arkansas, Jo Ann DeWitt, Little Rock, Arkansas and three grandchildren Joseph Allen, Emmy Callahan, and Kelby Smith.
Services are 2:30PM, Sunday, March 1, 2020 Victory Baptist Church, (Back Gate) Dumas, Arkansas with visitation one hour prior at the church, with Rev. Harold Cantley officiating. Burial will follow at Watson Cemetery, Watson, Arkansas. Memorials may be made to charity of your choice.
