Services for Alison Carlena Ely, 5, will be at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 28, 2008, in Griffin-Hillcrest Chapel with Pastors Melvin Palmer and Jay Mule officiating. Interment will follow in McAlister Cemetery.

Born Feb. 21, 2003, at Stillwater, to Tamara Ely and Conrad Nedd Jr., Alison died Monday, March 24, 2008, at Oklahoma City. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Freda Roberts, paternal great-grandparents, maternal great-grandparents, Francis and Otis Roberts, and maternal great-grandmother, Millie Palmer.

Alison enjoyed attending Will Rogers Elementary School and was a big fan of Hannah Montana and Shrek. She enjoyed riding in her Barbie Doll car which was her favorite color, pink. She will be remembered for her ability to always make people laugh.

Survivors include her parents, Ardmore; a sister, Navia Nedd, Ardmore; a brother, Raymond Palmer, Ardmore; paternal grandfather, Conrad Nedd Sr., Tulsa, Okla.; maternal grandparents, Carrie and Paul Wallace, Winston Palmer, all of Ardmore; maternal great-grandfather, Raymond Palmer, Ardmore; six aunts and seven uncles.

Bearers will be Winston Palmer Sr., Winston Palmer Jr., Johnathon Higginbotham, and Luis Alvarez. Honorary bearers are Conrad Nedd Jr., Jason Kent, and Brandon Kent.

Visitation will be this evening from 6 to 8 at Griffin-Hillcrest Funeral Home.
