Mr. Jose Rodriguez, 63, died Wednesday morning (June 14, 2023) at his residence.
He was born March 3, 1960 in Michoacan, Mexico to the late Sacramento Rodriguez and Juana Alcantara. Jose was formerly employed as a roofer, and he was affiliated with the Catholic faith.
He is preceded in death by a daughter, Miranda Christine Rodriguez.
He is survived by his children, Zeke Rodriguez (Rachel), Carmen Overby, Jose Rodriguez, Jr., Amber Williams (Zabrae), and Amanda Rodriguez all of Waycross, GA; his companion, Rita Gordon of Waycross, GA; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and siblings, Maria Eugenia Rodriguez, Virginia Rodriguez, Gloria Rodriguez, Javier Rodriguez, Soledad Sanchez and Maria Dolores Sanchez; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday (June 17, 2023) at Music Funeral Home. The family will begin receiving friends starting at 10:00 AM. Memorialization will be by cremation.
