Mina was the daughter of Cletus and Mary (Humphreys) Reeder. Graduated from high school in Lawrenceville, Illinois. On June 9, 1952, she married Claud Wayne Bell in Lawrenceville, and in 1954,they moved to Blackwell, OK. Mina worked for 20 years at the Blackwell Tag Agency before her retirement. She was survived bay a brother, Royce Reeder of Vienna, Illinois, two God-sons, Chad & Cory Ake of Ponca City, OK, twenty two nieces and nephews and forty two great nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her parents and two brothers, Walter & Joe Reeder.
