Burial was at the Yuma Cemetery on 23 Jan 1941. He was 61 years, 2 months and 11 days of age. Bartow had blue eyes and dark hair. He married on 20 Aug 1911 at Seminole County, Oklahoma to Clara Lucy Raines, the daughter of James David Raines (FAG #83830763) and Nancy Caroline Wilson. Clara was born in Texas in 1884 and died on 1 March 1932 at Newellton, Tensas, Louisiana, age 48 years and 10 months. They were parents of Leroy Bee Brooks, Walter Bryan Brooks, Morris Taylor Brooks, Lucy Ethel Ainsworth and Aubrey Brooks.
