Bernard "Bernie" Arnold, 87 of Bucyrus passed away on Tuesday June 13, 2023 at Autumn Wood Care Center in Tiffin. Bernie was born October 2, 1935 in Fostoria, OH to the late Earl and Agnes (Vogel) Arnold. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Mary H. (Spears) Arnold on February 15, 2009; 1 granddaughter, 1 grandson, 1 great grandson, 1 sister, as well as half sisters and half brothers.

Bernie is survived by children Patricia, Wayne (Terry), Lynn (Dave), Brad (Denise), and William (Becky); 14 grandchildren, numerous great and great great grandchildren, and 6 living siblings.

Bernie began working at Isleys in Kenton and then as a distributor for 7-Up. He last worked as a manager for 2 propane plants out of a distribution center in Bascom. Bernie graduated from Hopewell Louden High School and enjoyed working, hunting, and fishing.

At Bernie's request there will be no formal services and memorial contributions in his memory can be made to the Pheasants Forever or the Donor's choice through the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home.
