Betty L. Lloyd (Conrad) Nov. 30, 1929 - Jan. 5, 2008 of San Jose, CA died peacefully at her residence. She was born in Altoona, PA to George and Edna Conrad. After Betty graduated from Altoona High School she moved to San Francisco, CA to live and met an Aussie from down under and the love of her life. Jack & Betty were married 59 years. Betty worked for SBC and retired in 1994 with 20 years of service. She enjoyed travel, shopping, arts, crafts & genealogy. Betty is best known for being a survivor. She beat colon cancer & several other major illnesses in her life and never lost her composure & sense of humor. Betty is survived by her loving husband Jack, her children Linda, Randy & Leann, her brother Robert & sister Joann. Her family will celebrate her life in private a service. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in her honor.
