Wiley was married to Matilda White. The children from the 1860 Cherokee County, Alabama Census are listed as: Parris-abt 1840, Eleatha- abt 1842, Noal [sic] abt 1844, Arthur abt 1846, John - abt 1848, Wily [sic] - abt 1850, Elizabeth - abt 1852, William - abt 1854. (Note: Older children are out of the household; two younger children, buried in this cemetery, died between 1850 and 1860 and do not appear on the 1860 census. Note that the younger Wiley is not listed with the suffix "Jr." in this census.

Gravesite Details

The cemetery is located at "Casey Hill," a summit which is adjacent to the summit "Frog Mountain," near the southeast intersection of Hwy 33 and Hwy 172 in Cherokee County. The old wire fence around the cemetery has fallen down and needs repair.
