Death of Simon A. Lorion
Simon A. Lorion, 161 Plymouth street, died this noon in Burbank hospital at the age of 45. He was an employe of the Fitchburg Yarn Co and had been ill the past month. He was born in Winchendon and lived in this city for the past 25 years. He was employed as foreman at the Parkhill mill until it closed several years ago. He was a member of Fraternite court, C. O. F, and the St. Camille society. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Amanda (Poirier) Lorion; a son, Robert V.; a daughter, Rita M; nine brothers, Arthur, Euclide, Edward, Joseph, Edmund, Raymond, Romeo, Omer and Alphonse; five sisters, Mrs. Agnes Pope of Worcester, Mrs. Maud Page, Mrs. Juliette Walker,, Mrs. Elizabeth Cunningham and Mrs Cora Holman, all of this city. The funeral will be Saturday morning in St. Joseph's church. Burial will be in St. Joseph's cemetery.

The funeral of Simon A. Lorion, who died yesterday noon in Burbank hospital after a month's illness, will be held in St. Joseph's church tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock. Burial will be in St. Joseph's cemetery. Besides his wife, daughter, son, nine brothers and five sisters, he is also survived by his mother, Mrs. Mathilda (Lafreniere) Lorion.

Funeral of Simon A. Lorion. A large congregation of relatives and friends attended the funeral of Simon A. Lorion, 161 Plymouth street, this morning in St. Joseph's church. A solemn high mass of requiem was celebrated at 10 o'clock by Rev. Alpherie L. Chartier, assisted by Rev. J. Alphonse Lachapelle as deacon and Rev. DeWett A. Fortier as sub-deacon. The choir sang under direction of Miss Marie A. Allaire, church organist. A large delegation of Fraternite Court, C. O. F., attended the services. The bearers were six brothers of the deceased: Euclide, Joseph, Edward, Romeo, Alphonse and Edmund Lorion. Burial was in St. Joseph's cemetery where Rev. Joseph DesChenes said prayers at the grave. There was a large display of floral tributes.
