Kay, 79, of Caro, passed away on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at United Hospice Service Residence in Marlette. Kay was in the daughter of the late Chester and Dorothy (Bechtel) Baker.

She was united in marriage with Edward S. Mihacsi on September 29, 1962 in Caro and he preceded her in death on May 17, 2015.

Kay worked at various jobs through the years, but most of all loved spending time with and taking care of her family. She also enjoyed crocheting and shopping with friends. Kay attended Anchor Cove Outreach Church and Shine On Ministries.

Kay is survived by five daughters, Robin Spencer and her fiancé, Terry Dicks, of Caro, Chris and Rex Vroman of Kingston, Linda and Jim Ringle of Caro, Dawn Gokey and her fiancé, Pat McGovern of Caro, Shelley and Buddy DeLisle of Kingston; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one sister and her husband, Colleen and Orville Simmons; sister-in-law, Marge Mihacsi; two brothers-in-law, Joe Sakon and Ken Billingsley; a dear friend, Liz Holzwart; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Kay was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Mat Ringle and Sarah Spencer; and four siblings, Keith Baker, twin brother Karl Baker, Charlotte Putnam and Carol Simmons; son-in-law, Bob Spencer; and great-grandson, Owden Gokey.

In keeping with Kay's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service is being planned.
