Surviving besides the husband are three daughters, Mrs. Alma Stump and Mrs. Thelma Smick, both of Hammond, and Mrs. Armilda Wilbur of Veedersburg; four sons, Bruce and Joe W. Bowman, both of Veedersburg, Allen Bowman of St. John, Ind., and David S. Bowman of Indianapolis; two brothers; Emory Banta of Covington and Bruce Banta of Rockville; 15 grandchildren, and 15 greatgrandchildren. She was preceded id death by a, son, Eugene. who died at the age of two years.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Wolf Creek Baptist Church near Wallace,' of which Mrs. Bowman was a member. Burial will be at the Wolf Creek Cemetery. The body will lie in state at the church one hour preceding the rites. Friends may call at the Fishero Funeral Home in Veedersburg after 4 p.m. Thursday."
