This man enlisted with the 95th Saskatchewan Rifles on 20 July 1917 in Regina, Saskatchewan. He was sent overseas and was transferred to the 18th Battalion, CEF, a battalion formed in Southwestern Ontario where this man was originally from.

He was wound 11 October 1918 with a gunshot wound to the neck. He was invalided to England and was discharged at London, Ontario on 11 February 1919 due to demobilization.
