T.W. McSpadden, Prominent Savoy Man Buried Sunday
Savoy, May 28 - Funeral services were held Sunday for T.W. McSpadden, 85, who died Saturday morning at his home near here. Mr. McSpadden lived in Savoy for 30 years before moving to a farm north of the community, where he spent the last 40 years of his life.
Surviving are two daugthers, Mrs. Minnie Hodges and Mrs. Mamie Pritchett of Savoy ; two sons, Will McSpadden of Denison and Sam McSpadden of Dallas; three sisters, Mrs. Katie Stephens of Denison, Mrs. Lottie Glass of Savoy, and Mrs. Inis Rowin of Tennessee; a brother, Geo. McSpadden; eleven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
