Sarah R. Moody was born about 1819 to Jacob Smith Moody and Sally nee Brown. She married Alaric Mann Bushnell in 1853 in Au Sable Forks. Together they had two children: Harriet L. Bushnell born 1/8/1844 and James Jacob Bushnell born 8/21/1850. Sarah died in Au Sable Forks, N.Y. on 2/25/1854. She was 35 years old at the time of her death.
