MRS. MABEL C. WATTERS
Services for Mrs. Mabel C. Watters, long-time resident of the East End, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at H. Samson Inc., 537 N. Neville St., Oakland. Mrs. Watters, 83, of 3510 Ridgewood Dr., Penn Hills, died yesterday. Her husband the late Samuel S. Watters, was president of the Liberty Baking Co. Surviving are three sons, Samuel S. Jr., Robert K., and Jeri C., of Baltimore; a daughter, Mrs. G.C. Norman of Short Hills, N.J.; a brother, R.W.E. Cox of Wildwood, N.J.; three sisters, Mrs. P.H. Anthony of Kansas City, Mo., Mrs. Ralph Hersperger of Altoona and Mrs. W.T. Askin of Mansfield, Ohio. Friends are being received at the funeral home from 2 p.m. today until noon Monday. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
