DIES SUNDAY
Mrs. Sadie Belle Adams, 81, 210 E. Fifth, died at 7:30 p.m. Sunday after an illness of several months.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Cullison Methodist church. The Rev. John L. Renner will officiate with burial in Greenlawn cemetery.
Mrs. Adams was born to Mary C. Reese and George Williams, Sept. 3, 1876 at Franklin, Pa. She moved with her family to Pratt county when she was eight years of age. She was married to Tony M. Adams, Aug. 28, 1898 at Cullison, where they lived until Adam's death in 1949, when Mrs. Adams moved to Pratt. They celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in 1948.
Mrs. Adams was baptised as a child in Pennsylvania and attended the Methodist church in Cullison.
Survivors include her four sons, Harold, Greensburg; Clyde, Cullison; Carl, Greensburg; and Ivan, Cullison; two sisters, Mrs. Ray (Nelliel) Swafford, Dodge City; and Mrs. Jennie DeTienne, Wichita; 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
