Funeral services for former Seminole resident Virginia Mae "Ginny" Byers are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel. Services are to be directed by Bill Eisenhour. Interment is set to follow at Little Cemetery under the direction of Northeast Funeral Home of Oklahoma City.

Mrs. Byers died Sunday, January 30, 2005 at the age of 69. She was born February 11, 1935 to Dutch V. and Anna V. Key Sparks in Seminole.

A member of the Baptist church and Eastern Star, Byers was self-employed in the mobile home rental business. She also loved crafts and people.

Mrs. Byers was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of over 40 years, Louie Byers.

She is survived by one son, Dutch Byers and his wife, Karen, one daughter, Tina Kaasc and husband, Darryl, grandchildren, Crystal, Stephanie, Heather, Derek Byers, Wesley and Whitney Fowler, great-grandchild, Ethan, two sisters, Juanita Garaman and Wilma Wainner and many special friends.
