Ed Bown,
Age 64, of Oxford, Ohio, formerly Camden, Ohio, lost his battle with stage four COPD on Friday, May 19, 2023. He was born on July 24th, 1958, to the late Don and Ada (Gabbard) Bown in Ohio. Along with his parents, Ed is preceded in death by his daughter, Michelle Bown. He is survived by his life long partner of 26 years, Susan Peters; children, Jammie Bown, Dustin Bown, Tanner Bown, Cameron Peters, Payton Mobley; step children, Ronald E. Peters, Calab Peters, Dalton Peters, Donavan Peters; siblings; Donald (Debbie) Bown, Steve (Delsie) Bown, John Bown; and beloved fur baby; Gram. Ed was a Talawanda High School graduate and was a part of the wrestling team throughout his high school career. After high school, Ed began working in construction, specializing in concrete work. A celebration of life for Ed will be held at a later date.
