Doyle is survived by his wife of 35 years, Judy Holder. Also left behind are two daughters, Robyn Beasley and her husband Jason and Kimberly Elliot and her husband Daniel. He leaves a sister, Evelyn Parrish and her husband Gene Parrish, his father-in-law John Denton and his sisters-in-law, Peggy Connally and her husband Hulit Connally, Sandy White and her husband Gordon White, and Sue Gates and her husband Larry Gates. He also leaves many other relatives.
Doyle was a Retired Member of The Houston Fire Department where he served 35 years.
Judy and Doyle loved traveling and spending time with their grandchildren, Bailey Elliott, and Rebecca and Tyler Beasley. He called his grandchildren his ‘babies' and he took them on regular trips to the mall for cookies and rides on the carousel – they were the highlight of his days.
