Grandson of county resident is dead. Michael Eugene Grissom, two-day-old son of Thomas and Marguerite Clouse Grissom, 28 North Denney street, Indianapolis, died at 2:45 PM yesterday at Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis. Short funeral services are set for 2 PM Thursday at the Haverly chapel in Mitchell, with the Rev. Samuel Schimpf, pastor of the Church of the Nazarene, officiating. Burial will be in Bryantsville cemetery. Besides, the parents, survivors include two sisters, a brother, the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Clouse of Indianapolis, and the paternal grandmother, Mrs. Anna Grissom of Mitchell. The remains, to be returned later today, will lie in state at the Haverly mortuary. 13 November 1946, Bedford, Indiana newspaper.
