Mrs. Ica McMackin, 97, died Jan. 1, 1974, at the DeKalb County Nursing Home where she had resided for a number of years.
The former Ica Goddard was born Nov. 25, 1876, in Arrowsmith, the daughter of David and Mary Goddard.
Mrs. McMackin was a member of the First Baptist Church in DeKalb.
She is survrved by two grandsons. Richard Farley, DeKalb, and Paul Farley, North Aurora, and two great-grandchildren.
Her husband, Eber McMackin, preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by a son, a daughter, five sisters and two brothers.
Funeral arrangements are pending at the Ronan-Moore Mortuary.
