Born Bartow County, GA, near Adairsville (White, GA). Son of James Patrick Denman and Naomi Agnes Lewis. Married Eula Dee Sadler Irvin, April 11, 1920, in Chambers County, Alabama (Alabama County Marriages). Fathered three daughters by Eula Dee Sadler-Irvin. He was first buried at Hollywood Cemetery, Hollywood Road, Northwest Atlanta, GA. The photo of the upright marker at left is from Hollywood Cemetery (see here). His remains were moved to Green Lawn in Roswell June 3, 1967. The bronze marker below left is at that location.
