Mrs. Miller was born in Stockport, Columbia county, near Hudson, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jeremy R. Dudley. Her early life was spent there. She was educated at Clavarack college. Her married life was spent in Camden. Mr. Miller died several years ago. For the past few years she had made her home with her daughter in Massena.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. George Paddock of Massena, and Mrs. J. Harry Stewart, of Pearl River, N. Y.; one son, Charles P. Miller of Minneapolis. Minn., one sister, Mrs. John Hardwicke of Muskegon, Mich., and one granddaughter, Miss Sue Paddock of Massena.
Mrs. Miller was one of a family of nine children, only one of whom now survives. She was of a sympathetic nature, tactful and devoted to her home and friends. She had an unusually large correspondence, delighting in both waiting and receiving letters.
A prayer service was held Wednesday afternoon at 4 o'clock from the home, 169 Center street, Massena, Rev. F. E. Loan, of the Massena Methodist Episcopal church, officiating, in the absence of her pastor, Rev. Binney S. Black, of the Congregational church. The remains were brought to Camden this morning. The funeral was held this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the home of her niece, Mrs. John K. Littler of 30 Church street. Rev. J. Rupert Simonds, pastor of the Congregational church, of which Mrs. Miller had been a member for years, officiated. Burial was made in Forest Park cemetery beside the bodies of her husband and her son, the late Edwin H. Miller.

Massena, June 28.- Mrs. Milla Dudley Miller, widow of Henry S. Miller, for many years a resident of Camden, Oneida county, died Monday at 11.45 o'clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. George C. Paddock, No. 19 Center street, with whom she had lived for the past few years. Death was due to a general breakdown.
