Fritz was born in Livingston, Kentucky on June 19, 1946; retired from the former Modern Industrial Plastics with over 28 years of service; an active member of the Philadelphia Drive Church of God. Preceded in death by his son, Johnny E.; father, Earl Phillips; sister, Lois Y. Reams; brother, Benny Phillips. Survived by his beloved wife of 37 years, Linda M.; daughter, Jennifer Phillips; granddaughter, Skylin Butcher; mother, Anna Phillips; 3 sisters, Shirley Miller, Juanita Rose & Ann Phillips; 2 brothers, Brad & Gary Phillips; special sister-in-law, Sherri Bunn; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins & many friends. Funeral service 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the GEORGE C. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, "Northridge Chapel", 5040 Frederick Pike at Needmore Road. Pastor Bill Harrison officiating. Interment Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. Fritz's family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Friday (TODAY) at the George C. Martin Funeral Home.
