Esther Wiles Higgins of Hays passed away May 20, 2023 at her home.
Esther was born June 1, 1935 in Wilkes County to Jesse Eules and Ollie Viola Byrd Wiles.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Connie Joines, Beatrice Myers and Reeda Caudill; and brothers, Kenneth Wiles, Bill Wiles, Brady Myers and J. E. Wiles.
She is survived by her daughters, Annette Billings, Janette Pruitt and Heather Higgins; eleven grandchildren; and fifteen great- grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Victory Baptist Church.
Burial will be in the Church Cemetery.
