Cleo was a member of Christ The King Lutheran Church. She attended Rugby High School and graduated in 1952. Cleo attended and graduated from Trinity Hospital School of Nursing in 1955. Cleo was a member of many organizations including: Gold Star Moms; Red Hat (Ladybugs); White Rose – Daughter's of the Nile; Sons of Norway; American Legion Auxiliary; Sunrise Republican Women; New Book Club and NPRN (non-practicing registered nurses).

She is survived by her children: Becky (Rob) Houston, Bradley (Paula) Allgood; daughter-in-law Jane Allgood; her grandchildren: Erin (Zach) Fields, Taylor (Rachel) Houston, Wyatt (Olivia) Allgood, Travis Allgood, Abby Allgood and Austin Allgood; and her great-grandchildren: Nora, Luke and Jack Fields; many nieces and nephews across the country. She was preceded in death by her husband COL Gerald D. Allgood (USARet.), son COL Brian D. Allgood (KIA) and her parents and 10 siblings.Cleo B. Allgood, 88 years old, passed away on May 10, 2023. She was a resident of Colorado Springs for 37 years and was an Army wife for 30+ years. Cleo grew up in North Dakota in Silva and Rugby. She was a Registered Nurse.

Cleo was born on September 3, 1934, to Carl Lunde and Betzi (Lysne) Lunde in Rugby, ND. On June 15, 1958, she married Gerald D. Allgood in Silva, ND.

Cleo was a member of Christ The King Lutheran Church. She attended Rugby High School and graduated in 1952. Cleo attended and graduated from Trinity Hospital School of Nursing in 1955. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 on Friday, May 26th at Shrine of Remembrance, 1730 E. Fountain Boulevard, Colorado Springs. Inurnment will be at Pikes Peak National Cemetery, Colorado Springs. A reception will be held following the memorial at noon at Sons of Norway at 1045 Ford Street, Colorado Springs.
