"Jackie" graduated from Lincoln High, Manitowoc, with the class of 1968. She was a life-long resident of Manitowoc County and worked on the family farm until her parents sold the farm. While working on the farm, she attained a college degree and then was a 5th grade schoolteacher in Mishicot. She was highly intelligent and became a professor of elementary education at Holy Family College. She educated and supervised many local elementary school teachers. She enjoyed facilitating both children and adults in their learning. She retired from her profession to take care of her mother, who she loved dearly. She was a beautiful soul with a giving heart.
Survivors include three brothers and two sisters-in-law: John (Susan) Satori, Clyde (Cindy) Satori, Larry Satori; all in rural Manitowoc. One sister and brother-in-law: Sharon (Dale) Keirstein, Wheatridge, CO; one brother-in-law: Norman Gill, Reedsville; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents: John and Gertrude Satori; two sisters and brother-in-law: Marlene Gill and Janice (Sonny) Lensmeyer; and two brothers and sisters-in-law: Melvin (Helen) Satori and Gerald Satori; and Sharon Satori.
Cremation has occurred at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory, Manitowoc, and a memorial visitation will take place from 5:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home, 628 North Water Street, Manitowoc. A prayer service will take place at 6:30 p.m.
