She has been cremated and according to her wishes no service will be held. A memorial bench will be dedicated in her memory in Powell Gardens in Kingsville, Mo.
Mrs. Moench was born Feb. 9, 1912, in Kansas City, Mo. She was the only child of Ruth Lansdowne Felix and Winslow B. Felix, founder of Felix Chevrolet in Los Angeles. She as a longtime resident of Los Angeles and had spent the last seven years in Morrow Bay. She enjoyed reading, listening to music and dancing.
She is survived by a son and daughter and their spouses, 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. The Tribune, San Luis Obispo, California - Tuesday, January 30, 2001.
