Evelyn "Sisy" L. Pennell, 64, Passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Monday May 15, 2023.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 19, 2023, at Lakeview Memorial Park in Greensboro with Pastor Tim Green officiating.
Sisy was born in Rockingham County to the late Rufus and Constance "Connie" Lee. She was a weaver for Burlington industries/ Reidsville Weaving. She loved angels and yellow roses but most of all she loved her family especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Steve Pennell; children, Steven Pennell (Julie) and Katie P. Lipscomb (Edward); grandchildren, Montana Pennell, Trevor, and Abbey Lipscomb; siblings, Judy Smithey, Wayne Lee Sr., Gerald Lee and Brian Lee as well as a large and loving group of extended family and friends.
