Jane grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with her brother Eric. She moved to Oakland, California in 1942 and settled down with her husband Arthur Worcester. They had three children Marilyn, Arthur and myself Kathryn. They were married 19 years when my dad passed away from a heart attack. Mom remarried a very loving man Lawrence (Larry) Crawford in 1967. They stayed in Oakland. Their union lasted 8 years until his death in 1975 of Cancer. Mom moved out to Walnut Creek and enjoyed another twenty-five years, when her health had slipped she moved with me and my husband to Georgia where she enjoyed another 4 years. She passed away after a short illness in my home in 2003, She is very much missed.
