Samantha "Sam" Gail Duncan, 46 of Louisville, passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2023, at Norton Audubon Hospital with her family by her side. Born on January 5, 1977 in Hardin County, Kentucky.

She was a Baptist by faith and a godly mother. Her family was her world, and all she ever wanted was her kids. Sam was a caregiver by trade and at heart. She found meaning in her career in healthcare. A very kind and loving soul, she loved taking care of people. She was a homebody when she was not working and found enjoyment with the simple things in life.

She was preceded in death by her parents James Bohannon and Caroline Gibson.

Sam is survived by her loving husband of over 25 years, Travis Sean Duncan; her children, Brandon Chase Duncan, Keely Shyanne Duncan, and Bethaney Cova Duncan; her siblings, Dale Eugene Bohannon (Melissa), Wendell Frank Bohannon, and Randall Larry Gibson Jr.; along with many other nieces and nephews and other family members and friends that she loved dearly.
