Frances "Beth" Elizabeth Golden, age 86, of Pell City, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2023. Beth was born to Annie Mae Blanks Jackson and Burrell Jackson.
Beth is survived by her husband of 67 years: Billy J. Golden; her daughter, Glenda Golden Clay (Chris Clay); her son, Stan Golden (Rene Walters Golden); her adopted son, Ron Tinsly; her sister, Carol Jackson Moore (Weymon); her sisters-in-law, Lenora Jackson and Bernice Jackson; her grandchildren, Lindsey Elizabeth Sims (Josh), Jeff Wilson (Emily) and Kristine Golden; her great grandchildren, Everett Sims and Jude Wilson; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Beth was preceded in death by her parents, Burrell and Annie Mae Jackson; her sister, Virginia Belcher; and her brothers, Pete Jackson, Nick Jackson and Bobby Jackson.
A visitation for Beth will be held Friday, May 12, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church of Pell City with a celebration of life funeral to follow. An interment will occur Friday, May 12, 2023 at Valley Hill Memorial Gardens.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the caregivers that took care of Beth: Sue Chandler, Jo Ann Hathgood and Gina Kay.
