Keith Penrod Roylance died May 9, 2023. He was born in Springville, Utah, on March 12, 1933. His parents were David Vernall Roylance and Velma Melissa Penrod.
He lived and attended school there until November 23, 1957, when he married Gaylene Gay in the Manti Temple. They lived in Provo until 1960 when they moved to Mapleton. Their four children were all born and raised there. Their children are Machelle Preston (Alan) Spanish Fork, Utah, Todd Roylance (Mandy) Salem, Utah, Janette Stubbs (Carl) Draper, Utah, and Ty Roylance (Lara) Mapleton, Utah. They have 15 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
Keith was preceded in death by his wife in 1998 and his daughter Janette in 2006, his parents, 2 brothers, his sister and adopted brother.
He is survived by 3 of his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, adopted brother Gary Roylance, half brother Stephen Roylance and half sister Annette Roylance.
A viewing for family and friends will be held on Monday, May 15, 2023, from 6-8 pm at Wheeler Mortuary Mapleton, 82 West 400 North Mapleton. Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at 11:00 am at the LDS Chapel located at 1215 North 1000 West, Mapleton with a viewing held that morning from 9:30-10:30 am prior to the services at the church. Interment will be in the Springville Evergreen Cemetery, Springville, Utah.
