Age 78, of Manassas, formerly of Breezy Point, Md. On Tuesday, July 12, 1988 at Prince William Hospital, Manassas, Va., wife of Leonard H. Payne Sr, mother Leonard H. Payne Jr. of Manassas, sister of Julius Buckler of Baltimore, Md., Andrew Buckler of Upper Marlboro, Md. and Lester Buckler of Wheaton, Md., also surviving are five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. The family will recieve friends Thursday and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the LEE FUNERAL HOME, 8521 Sudley Road, Manassas, where a prayer service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday. A Mass of Resurrection will be offered at 10 a.m. Saturday, at All Saints Catholic Church, Manassas. Interment at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suitland, Md. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to The American Lung Association, 9735 Main St., Fairfax, Va. 22081.
