Mrs. Anne Merx, of Culver City, died February 2, 1994 at the West Side Sanatorium in Rancho Mirage, Calif. She was 67 years old.

Mrs. Merx was born April 26, 1926 in Denver, Colo., and graduated from Glendale Community College in 1942. She was a homemaker.

On October 22, 1949, she married Frederick J. Uhruh. They later divorced.

She then married the late Ekkenhardt Seigfried Merx on November 29, 1956. Mr. Merx passed away September 18, 1961.

She then married Anton H. Merx on January 30, 1964 in Breckenridge, Colo. He passed away January 23, 1989.

Mrs. Merx was a member of the Episcopal Church.

She is survived by her sons, Michael Darryl Uhruh and wife , Lori, of Wildomar, Calif. Stephen J. Uhruh and wife, Stacy, of McLean, Va. Donnie E. Merx and wife, Lynn, of Highland Ranch, Colo.

She is also survived by her four grandchildren, Jordan Darryl Merx, Tyler Uhruh, Craig Uhruh and Jennifer Merx.
