Martha Ellen "Matt" Center Dudley was born in Winslow Arkansas to Amus Nickerson Center and Mary Elziabeth Bell Center. She had 12 brothers and sisters,; James Guilford, Melissa, John Thomas, Amus Nickerson Jr., Herman, Louis, Matilda, Mason, Henry, Caldonia, Alvis and Mark.

She was married to Richard Thomas "Tom" Dudley, September 28, 1900 in Winslow. They had 4 children, Paul Dudley, Goldie Dudley Daniels, Antonia Dudley Powers and Jewel Dudley Ingram.

She was preceded in death by her son, Paul and daughter, Goldie.

She was survived by her husband, Richard Thomas Dudley; two daughters, Antonia Dudley Powers and Jewel Dudley Ingram, both of Fort Smith. grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were held at Collier Cemetery with burial following.
