Myra was born in Booneville(Logan County), Arkansas to the late Louis and Vora Terwilliger. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Myra is preceded in death by her husband: Harlin York; a sister Verba Knape; and a brother: Irvin Terwilliger.
She is survived by three brothers: Charles Terwilliger of Independence, Kansas, J.L. Terwilliger of Fort Smith, Arkansas, and Bobby Terwilliger of Russellville, Arkansas; two sisters: Betty Kline and Nadine Harlan, both of Fort Smith, Arkansas; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, March 18, 2008, at the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel, at 2:00p.m.
Pallbearers were her nephews.
