Jerry Lester Williams of McKinney, Texas passed away on November 3, 2022 at the age of 80. He was born on October 3, 1942 to Floyd Norman and Louise Verlie (Goodman) Williams in Florence, Alabama. Jerry grew up in Sheffield, Alabama where he graduated from Sheffield High School. He attended the University of North Alabama. Jerry worked for Ethicon, A division of Johnson and Johnson in medical sales. His hobbies included hunting, fishing, camping, golfing, and civil war reenactments. He was a Master Mason and Shriner.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Williams of McKinney, Texas; daughter, Kathryn Perez of Plano, Texas; son, Michael Williams and wife, Ashlee of Celina, Texas; grandchildren, Faith Perez, Maverick Williams, and Revere Williams; brother, Lynn Williams and wife, Lee of Florence, Alabama; sister, Betty Bulman of Muscle Shoals, Alabama; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other loving family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 7, 2022 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Sunday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
