Stanley L. Bickel, 65, of Elkhart, passed away, Monday, May 1, 2023, at Elkhart General Hospital.
He was born January 17, 1958 in Goshen.
Stanley is survived by his mother, Gladys M. (DeWilde) Bickel of Goshen; and four siblings, David (Janel) Bickel, of Goshen, Kathy (Bob) Borden of Atlanta, Georgia, Paul (Angie) Bickel of New Paris and Ruth Bickel of Goshen.
He was preceded in death by his father, Mars W. Bickel.
A kind and generous man, Stan always looked out for his family and took special care of is 104 year old mother. He enjoyed building things, automobiles, and gun and knife shows. He had a special love for his dog, Bailey.
Stan worked as a crane operator and truck driver for Bull Moose Tube, Elkhart.
Visitation will be Tuesday, May 9, 2023, from 11 to 2 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, 1911 S. Main St., Goshen.
Cremation will follow the visitation.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Elkhart County Humane Society.
