She lived in several different states before settling in Cape Girardeau and marrying Matthew Lovewell. She was kind and never knew a stranger. She had friends all over the place.
Her kindness, love and generosity were unmatched. She will always be loved and never forgotten.
She hosted a Facebook group called "Lip Smackin" Food That Tastes So Good" where people from across the country could share recipes and pictures of their culinary dishes, because she loved to cook for friends and family.
She also loved to laugh and reminisce with friends and family. I remember playing darts in our Grammy's house and I nailed her on the side of her head with a dart. Of course, my first reaction was, "Don't tell Mom!!" Turned out, she was ok because that is one of the attributes of being an Adams – you have a hard head.
We all have great memories of Christy and I encourage you to share them with one another.
