Charles Edward Walls Jr., 73, of McClure, passed away Saturday, April 29, 2023, at William Penn Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

Born August 28, 1949, in Lewistown, he was the son of the late Charles Edward Walls Sr. and Mabel Maxine (Parks) Walls.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his wife, Mary (Arnold) Walls.

He is survived by; two daughters, Andrea Lynn Walls, of McClure, and Daphne Ann Walls and companion, Thomas Wray, of McClure; a sister, Carolyn Boozel and husband, David, of McVeytown; nephews, David Boozel Jr. and wife, Stephanie, and Douglas Boozel, both of McVeytown; great-nephew, Tyler Boozel; great-niece, Mckenzie Boozel.

He was a member of Parkview Church of the Brethren, and Lewistown Moose Lodge.

Charles was a Chief Logan High School graduate, Class of 1968.

He worked as a paint sprayer at New Holland, in Belleville.

He loved his dog fawnzy, enjoyed playing bingo at the Moose Lodge and he was a Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies fan.

A viewing will be held from 10 to 11 am., Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes, 108 First Ave., Burnham, with a funeral service to follow at 11 a.m., with Pastor Teresa Fink officiating.

Interment will be held at Lind Memorial Cemetery.
