Celia "Sis" Andersen 98, of Tomah and formerly of Warrens, died Sunday, April 27, 2014, at the Tomah Memorial Hospital. She was born to Herman and Dorothea (Kuthlow) Noth on February 9th, 1916 in Water Mill. She was a member of the Tomah Senior High School Graduating Class of 1934. She was united in marriage to Charley Andersen on October 4, 1935 at the Ev. Lutheran Church in Dannavang. He preceded her in death on March 3, 1975. Together they had a cranberry marsh in the Warrens Area for 40 years. She moved to Tomah in 1977. Celia for worked at the Tomah Department of Veterans Affairs until her retirement in 1978. She was a member of the St. Matthews Ev. Lutheran Church in the Township of Kirby.

She is survived by her children, Harold A. Andersen of Tomah and Karen Zink-Scott of Park Forrest, IL, 4 grandchildren, Sandra, Tina, and Christopher Scott, and Dorrie Calkins, many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
