from the Lebanon (Indiana) Patriot for July 16, 1874:
John Pritchet, son of Thos. Pritchet, who lives about two miles south of Lizton, in Hendricks county, fell from a swing on Tuesday last, breaking his thigh about the middle third, with such great force as to drive the bone clear through the flesh and into the ground. Surgeons were at once summoned from Danville who made the necessary repairs, but on Thursday Dr. Bounell, of Lebanon, and Drs. Kelly and Bounell, of Jamestown, were called, who arrived just after his death.
